Payment and cancellation policies
Bookings will only be confirmed after the payment of 100% of the total value of the daily rates:
50% of the total amount to be paid within three (03) days after the reservation request date by credit cards - Visa, Master or American Express.
The remaining balance to be paid within ten (10) days before the arrival date by credit cards - Visa, Master or American Express.
Extra expenses paid at checkout in cash or credit cards - Visa, Master or American Express.
Policy for Canceling Reservations:
Up to 30 days before the check-in date we will refund* 100% of the paid amount.
From 29 to 07 days before the check-in date we will refund* 50% of the paid amount or, as an alternative, the amount may be used as credit for staying at the hotel within a maximum of 90 days.
Less than 07 days before the check-in date and no shows no refund will be made of the paid amounts.
For partial cancelation of contracted days during the stay there will not be refunds or credit for future dates.
* Bank fee and credit card fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
